Since 2008, we have been proving that custom made clothing truly speaks for itself. Although our greatest inspiration will always remain classic elegance, we constantly strive to stay up to date with the latest trends, finding innovative ways to seamlessly blend them into the suits, shirts, jackets, and trousers crafted within our workshops. After all, a passion for fashion is the ultimate common denominator shared by every single member of our team.
After spending years in consulting and embarking on countless journeys around the globe, Marek Buczyński told himself, “it’s now or never.” Thanks to that pivotal moment, in 2008, he opened the very first Buczyński showroom, utilizing made-to-measure tailoring technologies that were practically unknown in Poland at the time, which successfully shortened garment production times to just 6–8 weeks. Before fully committing to learning the art of custom tailoring from the inside out, he personally ordered 8 suits from one of the most prominent workshops in Poland and later graduated from tailoring school himself. Since then, he has been continuously developing the company while ensuring the absolute highest quality of all garments tailored for our clients.

She built her extensive professional experience through close collaborations with numerous international brands. When developing new projects, she always masterfully adapts the unique characteristics of specific fabrics, skillfully combining colors and patterns so they best serve and seamlessly correspond with the wearer’s unique type of beauty. In her free time, she loves staying active and traveling.
He has been deeply involved in the fashion industry for well over a decade, progressing through various professional levels: from a client advisor to a store manager, stylist, and ultimately managing retail sales networks. In his daily work, he deeply values an individual approach to the specific needs of each client, alongside the creative aspect of designing unique yet highly practical garments—pieces destined to become a true second skin for their owners. He constantly strives to perfectly balance his deep knowledge of classic elegance with the joyful spirit of sartorial improvisation straight from sunny Italy. In his spare time, he is passionately interested in history and perfumery. Privately, he is a happy husband and a proud father.
Despite his young age, Piotr is deeply fascinated by classic fashion and its rich historical aspects. He genuinely appreciates following established dress codes while consistently leaving ample room for personal individualism and a subtle hint of nonchalance. He firmly believes that comfort and the wearer’s overall well-being play the most crucial role in clothing, which is why he consistently fights against the common misconception of the “uncomfortable suit.”

He masterfully blends the formal structure characteristic of British style with the effortless lightness typical of classic Italian tailoring. He listens attentively and meticulously analyzes every single requirement. Aleksander’s highly detailed approach consistently allows him to find solutions that feel truly tailored to the specific needs of the client. In his work, he is guided by the simple motto: “let’s dress people, not costumed them!”
A dedicated client advisor boasting the longest tenure in our ranks—with a full twenty years of invaluable experience in the fashion industry. Grzegorz began his professional career working across multiple shopping centers before successfully transitioning to premium boutiques specializing in elegant menswear. He possesses a highly individual approach to selecting garments for a specific Client and occasion, expertly curating ensembles that range from strictly formal to relaxed casual wear. Privately, he is a massive football fan, and during the summer months, it is genuinely hard to catch him anywhere off his bicycle.
Due to his profound love for tailoring and prior professional experience, Stanisław very quickly found his perfect place within our workshop. He is heavily characterized by a deep attachment to refined aesthetics and absolute precision. He possesses vast knowledge regarding the history of menswear and usually encourages adhering closely to traditional dress code rules—yet on the flip side, he remains an enthusiastic proponent of bold combinations which, in his opinion, allow the wearer to beautifully maintain their unique individual character. In his spare time, he trains in martial arts and is an avid fan of hiking and forest tourism.

Kamil joined our team back in 2018 and has since been responsible not only for providing expert styling advice at our Poznań showroom, but also for managing our social media channels and authoring the guide articles across our website. Menswear has been his true passion for over 10 years, a period during which he has come to know this world inside out—not just through personal consulting and designing hundreds (if not thousands) of custom garments, but also through visiting numerous fabric mills, artisan workshops, and international trade fairs. In his spare moments, he focuses on photography and writing short stories.
Bartek is a dedicated aesthetician who loves to have absolutely everything buttoned down to the very last detail. He conducts his styling consultations in a highly flexible, individual manner, while consistently introducing a relaxed atmosphere and a warm smile. In clothing, he constantly searches for ultimate comfort and fascinating combinations. He knows perfectly well that one can truly express themselves through their attire, and he passionately strives to pass this valuable knowledge on to every single client. He is keenly interested in psychology, enjoys various forms of physical activity, and loves both board games and video games.
